Just fill out the form/application, where you describe the problem with the device and indicate the pick-up address for our courier. When sending equipment for service, make sure it is properly packed. The best solution is to pack it in the original box or in the appropriate package secured against damage that may occur during transport.
Our technicians will take care of the rest! We’ll pick your product from any place in the European Union. We’ll do everything in our power to limit the inconveniences associated with equipment repair.
The courier will collect the defective or damaged device from you and deliver it to our authorised LabelGuru service, where experienced professionals will take care of the repairs. The repaired device will be sent back to the address you indicated. You don’t have to worry about transport or the costs – your LabelGuru is responsible for everything!
